The extruder with BM type screw gives homogeneous output and uniform insulation diameter. Precise fix-center crosshead with color stripping or color skin gives above 95% high concentricity of the insulation and less influence on the capacitance from different color. The whole drawing/insulating Tandem line is controlled by industrial computer and PLC. Human-computer interaction interface. Dual take-up machine with automatic coiling, loading/unloading device.
