Applied to bunch-twisting copper conductor, Aluminum alloy conductor, etc and twist-cabling core wire.
Feature:
| • | The machine is controlled by PLC with human-machine interaction interface. Digital control technique and PLC program make entire control system dependable. It is flexible to set strand pitch by means of the touch-screen. |
| • | Adopt the bow with carbon fiber material which possesses high strength and is light. |
| • | The bow, traction and take-up system are adopted independent motor. |
| • | Very high efficiency. The production efficiency of the double-twist buncher is about 4 times as high as the rigid strander’s. |
