Application:
The machine is used for insulating or sheathing for LSZH cable.
Feature:
| • | According to the special characteristics of LSZH material, adopt the specialized screw and the compression ratio is controlled strictly. |
| • | Ensure the tensile strength, elongation and surface finish of LSZH material, the squeezing mould is chosen during insulating and the semi-squeezing mould is chosen during sheathing. |
| • | The whole line is controlled by PLC with human-machine interaction interface. Digital control technique and PLC program make entire control system dependable and flexible. |
| • | The cooling system of the whole line is very important to extrude LSZH material. So the whole line adopt special heating and cooling temperature control system. |
